The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

The collection of
tactical uniforms produced by the Polish company MASKPOL
SA offers the user a comfortable and functional cut combined
with a unique and the only type of MAPA® masking print on
the market. The combat pants are made of a fabric composed of 50% cotton /
50% polyester, additionally reinforced with a Rip-Stop
weave, which increases durability and wear and tear resistance.
The Combat Pants
CPP-02 Pro are characterized by a modern cut, comfort,
functionality, and very high-level workmanship. The CPP-02 Pro are primarily
sewn from the military material US-23. That is a 50/50 blend of cotton
and polyester, in a Rip-Stop weave. In critical areas, the manufacturer has
used stretch inserts (knees, crotch, and waist in the back). There is a
drawstring in the thigh pockets allowing for the adjustment of the height of
knee pads. The pants have 12 functional pockets.
