The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Gloves from this series do not feature additional padding whilst retaining the same thickness and durability of the external material. Shield Flex™ is a brand new item in the offer of gloves by Armored Claw. It is based on a known and well-liked cut. The manufacturer has created a model enhanced with solutions that increase protection and comfort of wearing. The knuckles feature soft protectors that absorb shock and protect from trauma. The most interesting solution implemented in the gloves, however, is a stiff TPU protector on the outside. The protector was made of extremely durable polymer and it was covered with a foam for better amortization. The positioning of the protector in a special compartment with hook and loop fastener closure is a very functional solution. This provides the user with an option to take out the protector if it is not necessary in a given situation.
The outer layer of Shield Flex™ gloves was made of spandex - a material that is characteristic for its high resistance to repeated stretching whilst at the same time maintaining elasticity. On the outside, there a comfortable hook and loop fastener that enables circumference adjustment. The comfort of wearing and the fit to the user’s wrist is also increased by the elastic lower half of the glove. Gloves feature a mounting loop that allows to attach them to a piece of equipment.
