The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
DRY Mens Shirt
DRY men’s shirt by BRUBECK® made in the seamless technology of two-layer yarn
with a medium thickness. It perfectly adapts to the silhouette and adheres to
the body, which allows its functionality to be even more effective. The inside
layer of the yarn very effectively drains the excess of natural humidity to the
outside of the clothing. In addition, areas of increased sweating feature
diverse mesh structures that improve the transfer of perspiration and ensure
correct ventilation. Products from DRY series maintain optimal body
temperature. The external layer fulfills the role of thermal insulation,
prevents the cold air from penetrating inside and prevents the natural loss of
warmth. The shirt protects from the cold
as well as overheating of your organism.
The yarn’s structure, diverse RIB areas that maintain the product in the correct
position and the elastic and tailored material provide the freedom of movement.
The dynamic pattern underlines the advantages of the sporty silhouette. Additionally, the shirt has anti-allergic - does
not cause allergies nor irritate - and bacteriostatic qualities. It limits the
arising of unpleasant odors.
