The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Emerson Gear Blue Label Guardian All-terrain tactical trousers
Emerson Gear's Blue Label range of equipment and uniforms are made from high quality materials such as 500D Cordura and NYCO cotton and better quality stitching than the manufacturer's standard products.
The Guardian All-terrain trousers from Emerson Gear feature high strength and durability. They have been sewn using Polyester (55%) and Sorona fibre (45%). Reinforcements in the knee area are made from 500D Cordura.
Additional mention should be made of the Teflon coating, which guarantees waterproofing while maintaining comfort, adequate air circulation and protection against odour absorption.
The trousers are equipped with a large number of pockets:
- two hip pockets (with reinforced edges)
- two cargo pockets with an additional 4 mini-pockets for small accessories and valuables.
- two buttock pockets with YKK zips.
- the cargo pockets have been equipped with additional compartments which help to organise the transported items.
The trousers additionally have space for knee protection inserts. EVA material inserts are included .
The Guardian All-terrain is equipped with belt loops that will allow the use of a belt width of max. 50 mm. On the right side next to the pocket is a loop that has a D-ring that will allow you to attach keys, for example.
There are two elastic inserts at the waist to allow the width of the trousers to be adjusted to the wearer.
