The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Emerson Gear Blue Label Hunter long sleeve tactical sweatshirt
Emerson Gear's Blue Label Premium line of equipment and uniforms are made from high quality materials such as Cordura 500D and NYCO cotton and better quality stitching compared to the manufacturer's standard products.
The Hunter long-sleeved sweatshirt from Emerson Gear was made using polyester (60%) and polypropylene fibre (40%).
In addition, nylon (86%) and spandex (14%) were used in the production of the durable shoulder pads, while 100% polyester includes a breathable mesh panel under the arms.
The Hunter model from Emerson Gear features a high level of moisture resistance, wicking moisture away and leaving the skin feeling pleasantly dry. The OneWay Dry technology responsible for this has antibacterial properties, protecting against odour.
In addition, for even better wicking, there is a special breathable mesh under the armpits to increase and accelerate the removal of sweat from the skin.
The sweatshirt is characterised by its light weight, comfort and ergonomic design. The chest zip allows the sweatshirt to be quickly unzipped for easy donning and doffing. The collar has been fitted with a chin guard to avoid painful snagging with the zip.
To increase the durability of the product, a durable nylon material has been sewn onto the shoulders to protect against abrasions or tears when carrying a bag or rucksack, for example.
There is a velcro panel on the left shoulder, which will allow patches or morale patches to be attached. At the same time, the panel is equipped with a two-row Molle Laser Cut system, which will allow you to mount, for example, a loader.
