Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

The Emerson Gear "Pelican" softshell trousers have been sewn using Nylon and Spandex (outer layer) and Polyester and Spandex (inner layer), making the trousers windproof and waterproof, yet flexible, reducing the risk of tearing or ripping, while maintaining comfort and good air circulation to protect the wearer from excessive perspiration.
The trousers have 6 pockets, including classic hip pockets, two zipped thigh pockets and two rear pockets, at the same time, from the knees down, there is a zipped, vented opening that will assist the skin in breathing and be an aid when wearing high boots.
The trousers have a zipped opening, which is further secured with a button.
The width at the waist and ankles can be adjusted with Velcro straps.
