The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

The Emerson Gear Softshell Jacket "Spinosaurus" will be perfect for active outdoor activities; walking in the woods, hiking in the mountains, skiing, sports shooting, etc.
The jacket has 2 layers; an outer layer (Nylon and Spandex) which protects the wearer from wind and cold, and an inner layer (Spandex and Polyester) designed to provide comfort and wick away moisture.
The ergonomic design of the "Spinosaurus" provides a longer coat and sleeves, which will allow freedom of movement, adjustment of the hood (with elastic cords) and sleeve cuffs (with Velcro),
The model is equipped with 5 capacious pockets fastened with YKK zips;

All pockets are constructed with a special mesh, which will allow them to be used for ventilation and body walking.
