Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Emerson Gear's G3-type uniform sweatshirt
The uniform combat shirt consists of cotton in the central part with a blend of elastic material. This is intended to increase comfort and breathability when worn under a tactical vest - such as a plate carrier type. The shoulders along with The shoulders and sleeves, on the other hand, have been sewn from the classic uniform fabric NYCO with a composition of 65/35 - cotton/polyester. The use of reinforced rip-stop weave increases the mechanical strength of the material and its resistance to tears.
The sweatshirt has been additionally coated in key areas with a layer of Teflon® DuPont™, thanks to which making the material partially waterproof and odour-resistant. On On the elbows there are flat pockets for fitting internal protectors (not included).
