The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Helikon MBDU Nyco Ripstop Tactical Trousers
The MBDU® trousers are part of our advanced Modern Battle Dress Uniform® field uniform. The uniform is made of the highest quality materials, the proper selection of which ensures not only its appropriate durability, but above all full freedom of movement, so necessary on the modern battlefield. The trousers have a slightly loose, profiled cut. The waistband is fastened with Velcro, guaranteeing additional circumference regulation. The wide belt loops, which fit belts up to 50 mm wide, ensure stability even with belts with additional loads such as holsters or loaders. VersaStretch® fabric gussets located at the back and in the crotch ensure full freedom of movement. The classic hip pockets have reinforced edges to protect them from excessive wear by clips from knives, torches etc. In addition, the rear pockets, also with reinforced edges, easily accommodate even large items such as a rifle magazine. On the thighs, capacious buttoned cargo pockets are located. On the calves, there are small Velcro-fastened pockets capable of holding a personal dressing.
