The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Mechanix Wear M-Pact® Open Cuff Gloves - Black/Grey
Designed to withstand the toughest conditions and tasks. Mechanix Original ™ OPEN CUFF gloves combine versatility with top-notch workmanship. The padding is made out of synthetic leather, which guarantees increased mechanical strength and resistance to water and oils while maintaining good condition and adhesion.
The back of the hand is covered with a stretchy TrekDry® material that ensures very good breathability and a good fit. The OPEN CUFF version has an elastic and open cuff with a welt, which significantly improves the comfort of use. The gloves also have additional thumb reinforcements. The inner side of the thumb and index finger are compatible with touch screens - it is possible to operate the devices without removing the gloves.
Lycra panels in the spaces between the fingers make it possible to freely move them, and the space between the fingers - which is prone to perspiration - does not sweat. Protective TPR panels protect the back of the hand from impacts and abrasions. This makes the gloves durable and ensure safety of use which in turn protects both the user and the gloves against damage. On the inside, protection is provided by Armortex® inserts with D3O® technology panels - absorbing any vibrations and impacts.
Both the M-Pact® model and other designs of the Mechanix gloves are used by operators of various special units around the world.
