The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Melierax Hardshell Jacket was designed as a light jacket protecting
against harsh weather conditions (storms, rain, snow).
Decreased NIR (NearInfraRed) signature allows it to
be used during covert operations. The choice of materials was focused on
durable, thick and light materials, which are characteristic for their
usefulness in every conditions and at the same time take up little space. The
cut was designed in such a way so as to provide full mobility to the user,
harmonizing the clothing with body outline. The jacket was intended to be worn
over armor.
A
durable, triple layer material interwoven with nylon, reinforce with Rip-stop structure and covered with
water-resistant layer “Durable Water Repellent (DWR)”. The jacket was
additionally equipped with a windproof membrane with high water-resistance rate
and at the same time breathable - it will provide adequate humidity and thermal
comfort on the body side. A fully isolated internal seams prevent water from
penetrating the inside and guarantee the highest possible protection when
operating in the most demanding conditions. All zippers on the external side
are waterproof.
The
hood is fully adjustable and helmet-compatible. Both sleeves have pockets and hook&loop capability. Large front pockets allow for
access to them even when wearing chest rig type vests or backpacks.
