The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Highest quality tactical gloves by Wiley X® are used by many military and police units
around the globe. Wiley X® products are durability and innovation
combined. Paladin model provides high-end protection
against shock and abrasion thanks to the implementation of special foam,
trifold reinforcements on the knuckles that do not limit the freedom of
movement.
The
inside was made from goatskin, in order to increase the
durability and breathability. Additional reinforcements were
used in vulnerable spots. As it is a model created with protection from low
temperatures in mind, the inside features a DRIFIRE padding that
guarantees very good thermal-regulatory qualities and humidity removal.
The outside layer
is made from Kevlar, thus providing excellent protection against cuts. All
materials that comprise the external layer of the glove feature inflammable
qualities, so they will come in handy as means of hand protection even in most
extreme conditions.
Excellent
adaptation is facilitated by an adjustable hook and loop fastener on the
wrist, while special mounting loops allow for fastening of the gloves to
any piece of equipment and simplify putting them on.
