The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Spodnie BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) wyposażone w 7 kieszeni. Uszyte z materiału typu RipStop o składzie 65% poliestru i 35% bawełny, który charakteryzuje się dużą wytrzymałością na przetarcia i rozdarcia. Dodatkowo materiał zaimpregnowano warstwą zwiększającą odporność na zabrudzenia.
Świetnie zaprojektowane, funkcjonalne, wykonane z dbałością o szczegóły, gwarantują nieprzeciętną wytrzymałość w każdych warunkach. Klasyczny krój BDU (potocznie spodnie z pewnością zostałyby określone mianem bojówki) poddany nowoczesnym modyfikacjom.
Wyposażone w 7 kieszeni: dwie wpuszczone na biodrach, dwie z tyłu zamykane na rzepy, dwie duże pojemne kieszenie cargo, które są w stanie pomieścić duże ilości ekwipunku oraz jedna płaska na udzie, do której zmieści się telefon lub zapasowy magazynek. Dodatkowo nad kieszeniami cargo, po środku umieszczono niewielką przegrodę, w której zmieści się długopis.
Rozporek jest zamykany na zamek błyskawiczny wykonany przez znaną japońską firmę YKK, natomiast główny zatrzask przez firmę Prym. U dołu nogawek znajdują się nylonowe taśmy do obwiązania spodni na nodze lub bucie. Mają wzmocnienia na wysokości kolan oraz na pośladkach w postaci dodatkowej warstwy materiału.
