The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Primal Gear equipment is made out of durable and resistant to harsh conditions Aspen 500D. The use of solid seams and high-quality accessories such as straps, Velcro and buckles additionally increase resistance and durability.
A solid and light tactical dog vest, manufactured by Primal Gear, with high-quality webbing. Thanks to three available sizes and adjustable straps, the vest can be adapted to animals of various sizes and builds. The straps have a large range of adjustment, and are fastened with the use of snap buckles.
On the inside, the entire surface of the vest is trimmed with a light mesh, which makes it comfortable to wear and ensure that the animal does not overheat.
The front strap is equipped with a soft comfort pad. The vest has 2 handles to hold the dog and 2 metal hooks for attaching the leash. On the top, along the entire length, there is a large Velcro panel, and on the sides there are rows of MOLLE / PALS webbing , which allows adding additional pockets and pouches.
