The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Winter Polar Pro Gloves
Polar Pro by Mechanix Wear is a winter glove model made with harsh weather conditions in mind. They provide exceptional protection during wind, rain and snow alike. They make all kinds of work made in freezing cold much more pleasant. High neoprene cuff and hook&loop straps allow for proper adaptation of the outer clothing and provide high thermal comfort. The material from which they were made is Thinsulate™ microfibres in 3D technology, which are 10 times thinner than synthetic fibre. This means that they are more efficient at stopping air, thus having betting isolation qualities. Hipora, i.e. a polyutherane climatic membrane of extraordinary porosity sewn between the outer material and insulation, prevents penetration of humidity. This waterproof layer protects hands from getting wet and wind, whilst efficiently draining sweat.
A special foam at the knuckle joints amortises during striking and rubber panels on the fingers protect against injuries and scratches. The inside of the gloves has been trimmed with double layer of leather. An additional quality of Polar Pro is the index finger and thumb built-in system for operation of devices with touchscreens. This allows to comfortably use your favourite electronic library even on cold days without having to remove the gloves.
