The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Botas tácticas duraderas y ligeras de M-Tac son perfectas para el ocio activo; durante expediciones de montaña, en el campo de tiro o acampando.
La parte superior de las botas está hecha de nobuk sintético.
El calzado está ventilado y al mismo tiempo protege el pie de la suciedad y el polvo, gracias a una inserción de malla especialmente diseñada.
Una característica importante del modelo es el refuerzo de los talones y las puntas de la nariz, lo que se traduce en una mayor durabilidad y un menor desgaste. Esto también lo notará positivamente el usuario, cuyos pies estarán más protegidos cuando se desplace, por ejemplo, por terrenos rocosos.
El interior de la zapatilla está fabricado con una plantilla de poliéster suave y malla ventilada. Esto permite que el calor y la humedad se disipen adecuadamente hacia el exterior de la zapatilla.
La suela de la zapatilla consta de 2 capas:
-La capa superior con poliuretano termoplástico, que proporciona una excelente amortiguación gracias a sus propiedades.
-La capa inferior está hecha decaucho, que contribuye a la durabilidad, y la suela especialmente diseñada del zapato proporciona grip al caminar o correr
