The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La gama de equipamiento y uniformesBlue Label deEmerson Gear está fabricada con materiales de alta calidad, como Cordura 500D y algodón NYCO, y costuras de mejor calidad que los productos estándar del fabricante.
La chaqueta Rhinoceros se ha cosido utilizando, entre otros, poliéster (100%) -la parte principal de la chaqueta- y Spandex (14%) y nailon (86%) -refuerzos en los hombros, que protegerán la prenda de posibles daños al llevar una bolsa, mochila o chaleco, por ejemplo-.
La Rhinoceros ha sido diseñada para personas que realizan actividades al aire libre como acampadas, senderismo u otras actividades al aire libre y necesitan una protección fiable contra las inclemencias del tiempo.
A la altura del cuello, el modelo dispone de aberturas para una mejor circulación del aire y una correcta evacuación de la humedad.
El producto está equipado con dos bolsillos:
Un bolsillo en la cadera (el bolsillo tiene dos aberturas) y un bolsillo en el pecho, que se cierra con una cremallera.
La parte inferior de la chaqueta y las aberturas de las mangas son ajustables: la parte inferior de la chaqueta se puede estrechar hasta la anchura necesaria con Shockcord, y las mangas se pueden ajustar con velcro. Esto te permitirá mantener el calor dentro de la chaqueta, aumentando sus propiedades térmicas.
Otra característica destacable es el panel de velcro en el hombro izquierdo, que te permitirá colocar parches o parches. El panel es compatible con el sistema Molle, lo que permitirá fijar equipo adicional al hombro, por ejemplo, un cargador de estasis, etc.
