The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La línea de equipamiento y uniformes Blue Label Premium de Emerson Gear está fabricada con materiales de alta calidad como Cordura 500D y algodón NYCO y costuras de mejor calidad en comparación con los productos estándar del fabricante.
La sudadera de manga larga Hunter de Emerson Gear se ha fabricado con poliéster (60%) y fibra de polipropileno (40%).
Además, se han utilizado nailon (86%) y elastano (14%) en la producción de las duraderas hombreras, mientras que el 100% de poliéster incluye un panel de malla transpirable bajo los brazos.
El modelo Hunter de Emerson Gear presenta un alto nivel de resistencia a la humedad, evacuándola y dejando la piel agradablemente seca. La tecnología OneWay Dry responsable de ello tiene propiedades antibacterianas, protegiendo contra el olor.
Además, para mejorar aún más la evacuación de la humedad, hay una malla transpirable especial bajo las axilas que aumenta y acelera la eliminación del sudor de la piel.
La sudadera se caracteriza por su ligereza, comodidad y diseño ergonómico. La cremallera del pecho permite desabrochar rápidamente la sudadera para ponérsela y quitársela con facilidad. El cuello está provisto de un protector de barbilla para evitar los dolorosos enganches con la cremallera.
Para aumentar la durabilidad del producto, se ha cosido un material de nailon resistente en los hombros para protegerlos de abrasiones o desgarros al llevar una bolsa o mochila, por ejemplo.
En el hombro izquierdo hay un panel de velcro que permite fijar parches o parches de moral. Al mismo tiempo, el panel está equipado con un sistema Molle Laser Cut de dos filas, que le permitirá montar, por ejemplo, un cargador.
