The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El K93 LRS1 (o, más exactamente, Long Range Sporter 1) es un rifle de francotirador de muelle fusil de airsoft fabricado por la marca taiwanesa King Arms. Se trata de la versión Ultra Grade, que se distingue del modelo Standard por su precio más bajo y su diseño ligeramente simplificado. La bancada de la fusilu junto con la culata y la carrillera, así como cargador y muzzle son de plástico. Todo el conjunto de la recámara es de metal, incluido el cañón exterior, así como la parte inferior de la bancada con la cubierta gatillou

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
