The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El pantalón MBDU® forma parte de nuestro avanzado uniforme de campaña Modern Battle Dress Uniform®. El uniforme está confeccionado con materiales de la más alta calidad, cuya adecuada selección garantiza no sólo su adecuada durabilidad, sino sobre todo una total libertad de moviminaentos, tan necesaria en el campo de batalla moderno. Los pantalones tienen un corte ligeramente holgado y perfilado. La cintura se abrocha con velcro, lo que garantiza una regulación adicional de la circunferencia. Las anchas trabillas, que se adaptan a cinturones de hasta 50 mm de ancho, garantizan la estabilidad incluso con cinturones con carde de gas adicionales, como fundas o cargadores. Los fuelles de tejido VersaStretch® situados en la espalda y en la entrepierna garantizan una total libertad de moviminaentos. Los clásicos bolsillos de la cadera tienen los bordes reforzados para protegerlos del desde de gaste excesivo por las pinzas de cuchillos, linternas, etc. Además, los bolsillos traseros, también con bordes reforzados, acomodan fácilmente incluso objetos de gran tamaño, como un cargador de fusil. En los muslos hay bolsillos cargo abotonados de gran capacidad. En las pantorrillas, hay pequeños bolsillos con cierre de velcro capaces de albergar un vendaje personal.
