The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La versión de verano de los pantalones 5.11 mantiene la misma funcionalidad, comodidad y se caracteriza por su ligereza, resistencia a la decoloración y a las arrugas. La mezcla de Teflon aumenta la resistencia a las manchas, los líquidos y la suciedad. Un bolsillo lateral en la pierna derecha facilita el acceso rápido al equipamiento, mientras que se ha mantenido el bolsillo estándar cargador en la piernaizquierda.
El pantalón está fabricado con un 65% de poliéster y un 35% de algodón incoloro resistente a las grietas. Muy funcionales, mantienen un aspecto ordenado, limpio y profesional
Bucles son lo suficientemente gruesas y resistentes como para llevar un cinturón grande cargado con pistola, esposas u otro equipo táctico. Los pantalones están acabados con cremalleras YKK ®, pestilloami Prym ® y botones Horn para lo último en fiabilidad de los cierres.
Los pantalones Taclite Pro 74273 son ideales para el uso en exteriores, especialmente cuando hace calor . Para su uso durante el servicio diario, la caza o las excursiones de fin de semana.
El pantalón tiene dos amplios bolsillos traseros en los que realmente cabe mucho. El bolsillo izquierdo, originalmente pensado para un cargador de repuesto o un teléfono móvil, es también ideal para llevar utensilios de escritura o las llaves de casa.
Los pantalones Taclite Pro están recubiertos de teflón. Esto significa que, además, son resistentes a la suciedad y a las manchas y también son impermeables
