The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica está hecho de metal y plástico. Las partes metálicas son la cerradura, cargador y los pequeños elementos de fijación, mientras que el marco de pistola es de plástico. Réplica funciona con dióxido de carbono. El lugar para bombona CO2 está en el magasynk que contiene 15 balas
Réplica cuenta con elsistema Gas Blow Back, que hace que la recámara se mueva con cada disparo, lo que aumenta el realismode y acerca la experiencia de disparo a la utilización de un arma de fuego real. Al igual que en el original, después de disparar el último tiro de bolas el cerrojo se queda en la posición de atrás, después de introducir un magasynk completo se debe liberar moviendo el cerrojo. Para que pistola se adapte mejor a la mano del tirador, es posible intercambiar las almohadillas perfiladas gripu - se incluyen 2 almohadillas adicionales en el juego.
Pistola equipada con montura ow rail en RIS estándar bajo el cañón, que permite la fijación de accesorios adicionales como linternas o indicadores de puntería láser.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
