The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola de airsoft M712
Fabricado con gran atención al detalle réplica M712 de KWC está modelado sobre uno de los más populares del ejército alemán pistolas de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Prácticamente todo el réplica, es decir, el marco y la cerradura, era de metal de muy buena calidad. Sólo los revestimientos de las asas son de plástico imitando la madera.
Réplica tiene un sistema Blow-backque retrae el cerrojo después de cada disparo aumentando la impresión de tener un arma real en las manos. El mecanismo gatillose bloquea con una fianza colocada en el grifo. En el lado izquierdo de pistola hay un selector de disparo con un botón adicional fusible, gracias al cual podemos cambiar el modo de disparo de simple a continuo (pistola tiene una opción Full Auto). Para apuntar, utilizamos una pajarita fija y un cañón deslizante ajustable.
El máximo rendimiento está garantizado por el uso de un sistema Hop-upque permite subir el bolas para ampliar el alcance y estabilizar la trayectoria de vuelo de la bala. En la magasynk metálica, que aloja 22 bolas, hay una ranura para bombona CO2 que es la propulsión pistola. Gracias a la construcción de la válvula aplicada, el proyectil alcanza la velocidad de 130 m/seg.
