The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola de airsoft Piraña SL
Piranha SL es un airsoft pistola fabricado por la marca taiwanesa G&G Armament. El esqueleto de réplicas es de plástico polimérico, mientras que el cierre bipartito (Split Slide) es metálico. La versión SL tiene un ampliadocon respecto a la versión clásica de la cerradura Piraña y un cañón exterior más largo, acanalado .
El interior de réplicas presenta varias solucionesinteresantes e inéditas. El primero de ellos es una válvula de alto caudal gasu equipada con un microfiltro encargado de hacer pasar cantidades idealmente seleccionadas de gasu sólo en estado volátil - el resto permanece en elgasynk. El uso de esta válvula especial es también para evitar la fuga incontrolada de gasu, mejorando así la seguridad de uso réplicas. Otra innovación es unaválvula cilíndrica de cerámicaespecialmente diseñada, ,equipada con palas que lo hacen girar alrededor de su propio eje (Tecnología Whirl Cilindro ). La cerámica cilindro es resistente a la congelación, lo que permite disparar dos veces más que una estándar.
En pistola Piranha SL se ha diseñado un interesante sistema hop-up - su ajuste se realiza mediante la rotación del cañón, y se utiliza para ello una llave dedicada en forma de cartucho ficticio de 9mm.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
