Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Esta escopeta, fabricpor la empresa taiwanesa Haw San, es sin duda una delicia para los aficionados al ambiente postapocalíptico como MAD MAX o S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Es una de las pocas réplicas de escopetas con 2 cañones dispuestos horizontalmente, los populares "dos tubos", que en combinación con el alto realismo de su funcionamiento satisfará a cada usuario.
La calidad de fabricación es de alto nivel: la empuñadura de la pistola es de madera maciza barnizada. Otros elementos como los cañones, el cuerpo y los mecanismos son de metal. El plástico sólo encontraremos en las carcasas de goma/amortiguadores de las salidas de los cañones y en las juntas de los shells.
La escopeta se alimenta por 2 shells cargados con 7 bolas cada uno y por green gas. Con cada tirón del gatillo se dispara todo el contenido de los shells, lo que en combinación con dos gatillos ofrece la posibilidad de disparar desde ambos cañones. La velocidad de salida es de hasta ~380fps.
La réplica puede ser desmontada de forma muy fácil y también puede plegarse en unos segundos, lo que permite llevar un arma oculta en eventos de tipo LARP. Incluso cuando está plegada mantiene una longitud compacta de 470 mm.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
