The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

La marca Silverback Airsoft se ha hecho un nombre como auténticos especialistas en el diseño de fusils de francotirador ASG con diseños tan exitosos como la serie réplicas Desert Tech SRS y el HTI .50 BMG.El TAC-41 es otra propuesta para los tiradores de airsoft, se trata de un fusil con una configuración clásicaaccionado por muelle gracias a un mecanismo de acción de 4 tornillos. La culata y la culata plegable son de aluminanio 6000 y nylon reforzado fibra de vidrio, y las considerables posibilidades de ajuste y la compatibilidad con el sistema de montaje M-LOK le perminaten configurar el fusil para adaptarlo a su estilo de juego.
Los mecanismos internos del TAC-41 son extremadamente robusto componentes fabricados en acero inoxidable y aluminanio, el sistema funciona muy suavemente y está listo para un ajuste de potencia posterior. Las bolas se elevan eficazmente mediante una cámara HU de aluminanio con un sistema anti double-feed, compatible con borradores AEG, que ofrece hasta 50 ajustes posibles (trazo cada 15 µm).
La réplicas viene con un cargador de polímero de bajo capuchón con capacidad para 110 balines. La alimentación rápida y sin problemas estará garantizada por una rampa adicional (rampa de alimentación) con capacidad para 20 balines, que se puede vaciar rápidamente pulsando un botón después de disparar.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
