The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
HG-138 Mini Grenade Launcher
A mini grenade launcher made almost entirely of aluminum,
naturally using CNC machines. It can fire up to 40 BBs with a single squeeze of
a trigger and is compatible with RIS 22 mm rails in short and long firearms,
which allows for escaping from troublesome situations during even the most
dynamic of CQB games. Ideal also for scenarios combining green terrain and
buildings. What’s interesting is the fact that the grenade launcher features an
additional RIS rail on its bottom, which allows for the attachment of an
additional grip or... another micro grenade launcher.
HG-138 is excellent as an “underbarrel
shotgun” of compact size.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
