The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Wystarczy wziąć do ręki tę airsoftową strzelbę, żeby poczuć jej ciężar i przekonać się, iż nie jest to zwykła zabawka. Świadczy o tym niezwykle solidna konstrukcja oraz materiały użyte do produkcji. Poza wykonanym z tworzywa chwytem pistoletowym i chwytem przeładowania, cała replika wytworzona została z metalu - korpus, lufa zewnętrzna, kolba, etc.
Na górnej osłonie lufy umieszczono długą, grzbietową szynę montażową RIS 22mm, która umożliwia wyposażenie strzelby w akcesoria dodatkowe - chociażby celownik optyczny. Solidne wrażenie robi jednoczęściowa, metalowa lufa zewnętrzna o długości 10 cali (255mm).
Nieco skrócona lufa oraz składana kolba zapewniają dobrą manewrowość, co czyni z 870 Tactical dobre narzędzie do airsoftowej walki w warunkach CQB, choć sprawdzi się też na średnich dystansach. Blokada spustu znajduje się zaraz obo kabłąka spustowego.
Całość została spasowana bardzo dobrze, brak tu jakichkolwiek luzów. Słuszna waga oraz dobre wyważenie sprawiają, że strzelba dobrze leży w dłoni, a przy odpowiednim wyregulowaniu kolby także przeładowanie jest bardzo wygodne - a jest to przecież niezwykle ważne w przypadku replik o napędzie sprężynowym.
Replika posiada w całości metalową, teleskopową kolbę typu EBR. Kilkupozycyjna, umożliwia dopasowanie długości do budowy i preferencji strzelca. Zakończona jest grubą, gumową stopką.
Replika sprzedawana jest w komplecie z wykonanym z metalu magazynkiem o pojemności 20 kulek.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
