Replica of the 9SP pistol
Like most Tokyo Marui small arms replicas, the 9SP is also made predominantly of high quality polymer. Metal is used here for the magazine, trigger, as well as the cocking and sights. Both the shell and the lock of the pistol are made of polymer.
The linings covered with rough, non-slip texture, provide a comfortable and secure grip, the set includes 3 pieces thanks to which the weapon will fit practically every hand. Very good balance makes the gun fit very well in the hand, also access to all switches is unproblematic. Both the magazine release and the breech release are operated with the thumb. Under the barrel there is a RIS 22mm mounting rail, which allows the attachment of various additional accessories, such as tactical lighting or laser target indicators.
The replica has been equipped with a blow back system. It causes the breech to blow back with each shot, and locks the breech in the rear position after the last piece of ammunition has been fired. After inserting a new, full magazine, the breech lock must be released - exactly as in the fireable original. Tokyo Marui gas airsoft guns have been famous for years for perfect reliability and perfect workmanship of internal components, so we do not have to worry about performance or the proper operation of the Hop-Up system - it is in a class of its own.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
