The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

A shooting target that you are looking at right now is much different than what you know from firing ranges. This is not the usual Frenchman, or a silhouette with marked organs.
When designing these targets with our friend from Z-TAC, we wanted to help in aim training - to allow for performing firing practice in a way so that a shooter may hit where he intends - “aim small, miss small”.
Such placement on the target will allow to save on targets and pasters during a practice since it can “fit inside itself” over a hundred rounds! Instead of switching the target or pastering it during a practice, one can work on the same target all the time!
The project base was the very popular FBI silhouette that enables conducing an array of tests, competitions and shootings - both technical and tactical. Figures and circles enable developing the ability of correct operation on several targets on various distances as well as working on one’s grip, accessories or the trigger. The target will prove ideal in training on various distances during pistol shootings as well as carbine ones.
