The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
CM045A subcarbine replica
The replica is made of steel, ZnAl, wood and high quality elastic ABS. Of Steel are made silencer, body, lid and lock, rear sight, fire selector and other minor components and folding stock. The other metal parts are made of ZnAl. Application of steel instead of metal, providing a much greater strength of the reply to the various damage.
The magazine is made of ABS (hicap) and pistol grip. Front grip is a very good quality real wood in the selected color, respectively, approaching the model even closer to the original.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
