A&K MK 46 MOD 0 Battleworn airsoft machine gun
The machine gun from A&K MK 46 MOD 0 Battleworn features a distinctive wear effect. The model has been made in such a way that the observer may have the impression that he is just watching a weapon that has spent the last months on the front line, suffering numerous scratches, paint chips and scuffs. This is, of course, a deliberate procedure to heighten the experience and add to the character of the MK46.
The Battleworn version of the MK46 Mod 0 machine gun was made from steel, aluminium and polymer.
The following are made from steel: flame suppressor, barrel, barrel locking levers, bail, ammunition belt feed window, reloading handle including guide, sight.
The following are made from aluminium: Picatinny rail assembly, barrel heat shield, gas block replica, musket. locking chamber cover,
The following were made from polymer: trigger, pistol grip, stock. A front grip is included, which is also made of polymer.
In the box, along with the replica, we find a box-type magazine for approximately 2,000 rounds. The magazine is powered by a 9V battery and has auto and sound control modes
The rifle is equipped with a new version of the gearbox, Hi-Torque motor, 8 mm bearings, piston with an all-steel jaw, M120 mainspring. In addition, the model has a quick barrel removal system, which will make it easier to transport the replica, shortening its length.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
