The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Alpinus Muddus 30l backpack
With a capacity of 30 litres, this backpack has been made from durable PU-coated polyester - this allows the product to be protected from dirt and flooding.
The backpack has a number of pockets and compartments to safely transport valuables:
-Suspension pocket in the main compartment
-Main compartment with hydration cartridge compartment
-Medium compartment with organiser for essential items
-Two front pockets (flat)
-Lower compartment for a rain cover
-Two pockets on the waist belt (ideal for carrying e.g. a phone or wallet)
-Two open side pockets for carrying e.g. a water bottle or umbrella
The backpack is equipped with an ADS carrying system with distance mesh and a frame made of aluminium, which will relieve the pressure on the back while allowing the back to "breathe" during the journey.
For improved comfort, the backpack is equipped with hip and chest adjustments. Included with the rucksack is an integrated rain cover, which is located in the lower pocket of the rucksack - it is permanently attached, so we don't have to worry about it being lost on the move. The cover is equipped with a reflector, which will increase our safety after dark.
