The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
HDR Kevlar Tactical Gloves
Gloves
with elongated sleeve for maximum protection. They reach far behind the wrist,
when pulled over a uniform or a suit they provide complete protection - no part
of a hand or forearm is exposed.
The
exterior material is Kevlar by DuPont - an aramid fiber with unique properties. It is inflammable, does not
conduct electricity nor dissolve in organic solvents. Its main feature is
incredible resistance to abrasion and cutting. The gloves increase the safety
level against cuts, which can result from coming into contact with a knife
blade, glass or other sharp edges.
On the
inside, the gloves are covered with natural leather, which provides excellent grip. Places especially
prone to injuries use a double leather layer and soft protective filling.
Rubber reinforcements were also implemented around the thumb and where it
connects with index finger.
On
the outside, a soft leather protector was implemented at the height of
metacarpus bone. The gloves feature drawstrings at the wrist height and at
sleeve ends.
These
are truly incredibly durable gloves that are difficult to damage even during
demanding exploitation. The only reason you might buy a new pair is that you
have lost the old one :).
