The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
BALDR Pro Tactical Flashlight with laser sight
Flashlight with a laser sight. The flashlight is powered by two CR123A batteries, which thanks to the efficient Neutral White LED and PMMA TIR optics (lens / collimator), provides a light beam of 1350 lumens and a range of up to 260 m. Green laser with a power of <5mW facilitates quick target acquisition without the need for ripping a bow tie with a rear sight. The BALDR Pro model comes with a mounting rail compatible with the 22 mm standard (weaver / picatinny / MIL-STD-1913). The steel clamps allows for quick attachment of the flashlight to the weapon.
The flashlights body is made out of aviation aluminum covered with black hard anodization. In addition, the head of the flashlight is protected. Thanks to this, the manufacturer guarantees resistance to falls from a height of up to 1 m. The gaskets used guarantee a IPX4 water resistance - complete water resistance. Rhe batteries are housed in the back of the flashlight.
The heart of the flashlight are advanced electronics that control the power consumption directed to the diode. Thanks to this the flashlight shines with the same power until the battery is completely exhausted. The electronic system protects the flashlight against overheating of the diode in the highest mode (1350 lumens), which after 60 seconds reduces the current intensity and stabilizes the light at the level of 500 lumens. After turning the flashlight off, cooling it down and turning it on again, the flashlight will glow again in the maximum mode.
We can turn on the flashlight with a convenient switch located in the rear part. The switch is two-sided, thanks to which the flashlight can be conveniently used by both right and left-handed users In addition, under the switch there is additional a switch that activates the light and the laser beam - together or separately.
