The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

Konstrukcja repliki w większości wykonana została z metalu. Z tworzywa polimerowego wykonano jedynie chwyt pistoletowy, kolbę, łoże i osłonę termiczną. Miejsce na akumulator znajduje się właśnie w kolbie. Zaraz obok chwytu pistoletowego znajduje się wygodny, obustronny bezpiecznik.
Można wysunąć cały zespół lufy, co trwa dosłownie kilka sekund dzięki systemowi szybkiego demontażu. Wystarczy nacisnąć dźwignię umieszczoną obok górnej pokrywy, a lufa zostaje dosłownie "wypchnięta" z korpusu. Pod wspomnianą pokrywą znajdziemy pokrętło regulacji systemu Hop-Up.
Sercem repliki jest wzmocniony gearbox specjalnej konstrukcji, oparty na 8mm łożyskach. Ogromną zaletą jest zastosowany system szybkiej wymiany sprężyny, który pozwoli na dynamiczną zmianę prędkości wylotowej repliki, w zależności od potrzeb i warunków panujących na airsoftowym polu walki.
Do repliki załączony jest hi-cap w systemie STANAG mieszczący 300 kulek. Replikę można również zasilać z magazynka pudełkowego - charakterystycznego rozwiązania dla replik M249.
Zestaw nie zawiera akumulatora ani ładowarki.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
