The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Complete v.3 Gearbox set, std. torque
Complete gearbox designed for AK type replicas. During it's production, E&L engineers took from the market the best solutions and implemented few of their own. Set includes ELM120 Standard Torque motor utilizing with neodymium magneses. Interesting and thoughtful is the structure of bearings - bevel and spur gear are set on ball bearings, while sector gear is set on a slide one. On one hand, it decreases an overall resistance of both gears. On the other hand, sector gear has minimised risk of malfunction thanks to mentioned solution.
Another thing is missing upper lead on greater part of piston. It has second to none influence on it's performance stability, while greatly decreasing friction. Both of mentioned solutions increase overall gearbox performance, result in higher rate of fire with lesser energy usage.
Pneumatic system consists of silenced piston and cylinder head, which also increases durability of the system due to better amortization. Spring guide does have bearings and there is a bigger delayer on sector gear. It's function is to give a bb more time to be inserted in hop-up chamber, which is critical, especially in high rate of fire configurations.
In stock, gearbox has installed M130 spring, allowing to reach velocities around ~430fps. To grade the real durability of installed parts, producent performed gearbox tests using M150 and M170 springs, all of them resulted in positive. In initial test with M150, around 20.000 bbs were shot and the parts were worn in minimal amount. It shows perfectly, that using stock configuration with M130 spring ensures that the whole system will be reliable and long lasting.
