The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Comtac Woport headphone adapter for ARC (Type AMP) Gen 5 rails
A set of adapters that allows you to conveniently attach active headphones like Comtac and similar to Ops Core helmets equipped with ARC rails. The mounts are made of high-quality plastic, the mounting screws and springs are made of steel.
The kit allows for a much more convenient connection between the active headphones and the helmet fast than the factory headband. The headphones, when combined with this mounting, do not press on the user's head. The spring mechanism allows them to be removed at any time to give the "ears a rest". In addition, by removing the headband, we can easily put a warmer cap or a thicker balaclava under the helmet. The mounts are both sides, so you can put the headset microphone on either the right or left side.
