The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Defender Mk2 Long Sleeve® Shirt
Defender Mk2 is a new version of a classic shirt
from Urban series with a long sleeve. It has seen several changes in order to
make the product even more fitting to the ever increasing requirements of
users. It is thanks to this that it will be an excellent supplement to your
tactical urban collection.
The shirt is intended, most importantly, for police officers, operators,
security guards and active people that desire to combine functionality, tactic
and aesthetics. Its quite loose cut fits well with
the anatomy of movement, low-profile ballistic vest or an IWB holster. The
implemented material is breathable and quick-drying. A slight stiffening in the
front, beneath the collar, prevents it from rolling up. Even during the most
intensive of activities, it will always remain elegant. The button strap
includes a small loop that can be used for the hanging
of a pair of glasses.
Four pockets, designed from scratch, are even more capacious and accessing them
even easier and more comfortable. Two of them can be accessed from the top via
a slightly slant flap with a hook and
loop fastener. Napoleon pockets are located behind main pockets and feature a
light and durable zippers.
