SRS-A2/M2 is a new series of superb spring-driven replicas manufactured by Silverback, produced under licence from the American company Desert Tech®.The SRS (Scout Recon Stealth) are compact sniper rifles in bullpup configuration, where the body including the pistol grip is made of polymer plastic. Other components such as the breech chamber, outer barrel, bed and discharge device are made of aluminium, while the magazine, reloading handle and magazine catch are made of steel. The A2 series is a revised version with even better workmanship, ergonomics and even better stock performance.
Major changes in the A2/M2 version compared to the previous one are:
- weight reduction of the rifle by up to 25%
- CNC bed in standard M-LOK
- steel tripod mount with threaded 1/4-20 UNC
- redesigned trigger system
- new, patented barrel clamp

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
