A pistol replica made by renowned Umarex company, belonging to the Elite Force series – as the name suggests the top quality line.
1911 TAC is made almost entirely from metal. The slide, frame, magazine, outer barrel and other small elements are made from metal. Only the hand grips are made from polymer – they were covered in anti-slip surface for better grip. The whole is well fitted and when combined with almost 1kg of weight makes incredibly solid impression. Additionally the weight is well balanced. The slide features laser engraved markings of manufacturer, caliber and EliteForce logo.
Under the barrel the standard 22mm RIS mounting rail is located thanks to which the pistol can be equipped with many additional accessories.
The replica features ambidextrous safety lever securing the slide and preventing unwanted accidental discharge. Access to the lever is very easy for both right-handed and left-handed users – the lever is located within thumb reach. This model also has rear pressure safety. This forces correct grip before shooting – just like in original firearm.
The pistol is equipped with iron sights – they feature white dots for better aim. To access the hop-up adjustment, the slide must be detached. This takes only few moments and no tools are required – all it takes is to set the slide in correct position and take out the securing pin.
Of course the replica has blow-back system. This system moves the slide after each shot, making it realistically work like an original firearm.
1911 TAC is powered by standard 12g CO2 capsule installed inside the magazine. The magazine is made from metal and has capacity of 14 bb's.
