The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
FAST EDC backpack
The Flyye company's FAST EDC backpack is a perfect choice for a daily use and to be used in the terrain. The backpack is equipped with four separate compartments and two outer pouches - one per each side. The backpack meets the MOLLE system's standard. The mounting bands are placed not only on the outside, but also inside of the backpack - this allows the attachment of additional pouches and also outer organizational pouches.
The backpack is 500x300x200mm big and is equipped with a stiffened laptop compartment that is 500x300mm big and is placed on the back (alternatively, it can be used as a hydration insert pouch). The main compartment is equipped with a side compartment which is made of netting what is 310x250mm big. On the front of the backpack, under the detachable MOLLE flap, you can find a small 300 x 300mm big administration pouch which is equipped with exterior pockets allows a comfortable placing of minor objects. Another compartment is 200x300mm big and is located in the backpack's base. Two side compartments are 300x200 big each and are perfect to transport food, maps or other items to which you need quick and easy access.
The back pack is made of waterproof 1000D Invista CORDURA fabric and is equipped with YKK zippers.
