The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

Glock 17 Gen4 4.5mm Air Pistol
The first officially licensed replica of the iconic Austrian Glock
brand pistol on the market! The pistol, like the original firearm, has a
polymer frame, while the slide, outer barrel, and magazine are made of metal.
Licensed manufacturer's markings have been applied to the slide. The replica
was made and replicated with the utmost attention to detail, its realism will
certainly be appreciated by anyone who has had the opportunity to handle a
Glock firearm.
Under the barrel, we find a 22mm accessory rail in the RIS /
Picatinny standard, which allows us to equip the replica with additional
elements such as tactical lighting or laser target indicators. Like the
original, the replica has a practical safety on the trigger tongue, as well as
an additional lock in the form of a switch under the barrel. The pistol is
equipped with an ergonomic, comfortable, and slip-resistant grip.
The pistol, of course, has a blow-back system, which through the
recoil of the slide with each shot simulates the sensation of shooting a real
firearm. As in the firearm version, after the last round is fired, the pistol's
slide locks in the rear position. After removing the slide, we gain access to
the Hop-Up system adjustment knob.
The replica comes with a metal magazine that holds 18 balls and a
12g CO2 capsule.
