The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

The basic HDR series model. Having the attractive price it preserves the high quality of the whole Heavy Duty Ready line. The proper combination of fabrics ensures the maximum flexibility and protection. The cut version is the best compromise between protection and thermal comfort during hot days.
The outer layer is made of spandex and neoprene – the fabrics which characterize themselves with high flexibility and, at the same time, high durability for stretching. There is high quality synthetic leather on the outer side of the palm and also soft protectors which increase the comfort and safety. Only the fingers use a single layer of leather in order to improve the grip and the capabilities of operating very precisely.
All of the fabrics are chosen to provide high thermal comfort and proper removal of humidity. There is a stretch and velcro closure which adjusts the diameter, it is located on the height of the wrist.
HDR (Heavy Duty Ready) is a top line of the GFC Tactical products. It is designed for the most demanding users, both civilian and military or law enforcement.
