The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Replika pistoletu HK3P XDM IPSC
Replika ta, wyprodukowana przez firmę WE, należy do serii XDM. Rozwinięcie tego skrótu to "X-treme Duty-More", co już na wstępie mówi nam sporo o wysokiej jakości materiałów i ogólnego wykonania. Szkielet pistoletu wytworzono ze wzmacnianego polimeru, natomiast reszta istotnych elementów, takich jak zamek, lufa zewnętrzna czy magazynek, wykonane zostały z metalu. Na korpusie umieszczono oznaczenia producenta oraz numery seryjne.
Wersja XDM IPSC jest to wersja silnie zmodyfikowana, "custom" stworzony aby ściśle zaspokoić potrzeby graczy biorących udział w airsoftowych zawodach IPSC, strzelania dynamicznego, etc. Replika posiada fabrycznie zamontowany na lufie metalowy kompensator, szynę montażową RIS 22mm, która pozwoli wyposażyć pistolet w dodatkowe akcesoria, choćby laserowy wskaźnik celu, czy oświetlenie taktyczne. Aby ułatwić i przyspieszyć szybkie przeładowanie, na gnieździe magazynka zamontowany został magwell, sam magazynek także został przedłużony o gumowy chwyt z antypoślizgową fakturą na stopce. Wszelkie modyfikacje są oczywiście demontowalne i w kilka chwil można przywrócić replice "klasyczny" wygląd.
Bezpiecznik umieszczono pod lufą. Aby uzyskać dostęp do pokrętła regulacji systemu hop-up należy zdjąć zamek repliki. Załączony magazynek mieści 25 kulek.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
