KG9 produkcji RWA to wierna replika szwedzkiego pistoletu maszynowego Interdynamic KG9, który jest swoistym prekursorem i przodkiem słynnego, amerykańskiego TEC-9: SMG znanego z wielu produkcji filmowych i gier komputerowych.
Jak przystało na produkty sygnowane logiem RWA, również airsoftowy KG9 stanowi absolutnie najwyższą półkę pod względem wykonania zarówno zewnętrznego, jak i wewnętrznego. Dolną część korpusu wraz z chwytem pistoletowym wykonano ze wzmocnionego polimeru, natomiast górną część wraz z osłoną lufy, wykonano w całości ze stali. Stalowe są również magazynki (tak, do zestawu dołączono dwa!), urządzenie wylotowe oraz mocowanie pasa nośnego. Na korpusie znajdziemy oznaczenia producenta wersji palnej. Chwyt pistoletowy został nieznacznie poszerzony w stosunku do oryginału, aby umieścić wewnątrz silnik.
Nakrętkę - tłumik płomienia osadzono na standardowym, lewoskrętnym gwincie 14mm, co pozwoli na wyposażenie repliki w praktycznie dowolny tłumik dźwięku.
Akumulator zmieścimy pod osłoną lufy, aby dostać się do środka wystarczy zdjąć tłumik płomienia oraz odkręcić przednią zaślepkę. Źródło zasilania podpinamy przy użyciu złącza Micro DEANS (Micro T-conect). Dedykowany akumulator LiPo został dołączony do zestawu! Tak jak palny oryginał, również replika KG9 posiada możliwość prowadzenia jedynie ognia ciągłego - bezpiecznik został umieszczony zaraz przy języku spustowym. Replika posiada regulowany system hop-up: śruba do jego regulacji znajduje się wewnątrz gniazda magazynka, w zestawie znajdziemy dedykowany śrubokręt do regulacji.
Sercem KG9 jest dalece zmodyfikowany gearbox, którego dolna część kompatybilna jest z kołami zębatymi v.2 TM, jednak górną wyposażono w tłok, komorę hop-up oraz lufę wewnętrzną w standardzie Systema PTW! Dzięki temu unikalnemu rozwiązaniu, otrzymujemy mechanizm o doskonałej wydajności, żywotności i precyzji.
Dzięki ultra-kompaktowym gabarytom (brak kolby) oraz prędkości wylotowej w granicach ~300 FPS, replika ta doskonale nada się do rozgrywek o charakterze CQB, ale nie tylko! Polowe testy producenta wykazały, iż w sylwetkę człowieka dało się trafić z dystansu nawet 80 metrów, co jest oszałamiającym wynikiem dla SMG tego typu!
Do repliki dołączono 2 magazynki typu mid-cap wykonane ze stali, o pojemności 90 kulek każdy.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
