This time we have chosen an excellent
LC-3A3-W replica by LCT for customization.
The replica has undergone a professional,
visual modification in order to provide it with a unique character. As
the replica frame was made practically entirely of steel, we have decided to
make use of that and utilize “aging” procedures. The original
coating of the replica - oxide - has been professionally worn and lacquered in
order to reveal the beauty and brutality of the raw steel of this German
construction whilst at the same time it was not scratched nor damaged.
The replica will look great on a wall display
as well as in the field. Of course, we have also taken care of the adequate coverage
of the replica’s surface in order to minimize the risk of rusting of steel
elements.
LC-3A3-W stands out in terms of the highest
quality of craftsmanship and materials used, for which LCT replicas are known
for. All metal elements were made of steel.
Steel parts include, amongst others, the entire receiver, external barrel,
front sight base and the charging handle. As in the live firearm original, the
stock, handguard, pistol grip and the charging handle panel were made of nylon
polymer. Access to the Hop-Up adjustment system is gained after
pulling back the charging handle. The handle alone can be locked in rear
position as well as folded so that it does not stand out from the compact
structure of the replica.
The heart of the replica is a durable gearbox V2
equipped with 9 mm bearings and an
array of reinforced components such as:

- aluminum CNC piston head
- aluminum CNC cylinder head
- a set of 9 mm ball bearings
The replica is powered by a High-Torque 2500
rpm motor. The battery is stored in a fixed stock and the stock pad can be
removed without any tools. The effectiveness of a shot is provided by a 515
mm long internal barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm.
The replica comes with a Mid-Cap, steel
magazine with a capacity of up to 140 BBs.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
NiMH batteries have a higher self-discharge over time and shorten the
life - on the other hand, they earn about 30% more capacity.
