The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

shooting, loud technical environment and for hunters.
Two microphones capture and
divert sound into the speakers. They enhance low sounds and when a noise
dangerous to ears is detected, they rapidly reduce it to a safe level of 82 dB,
thus allowing the User to retain a full environmental awareness along with
commands issued during the use of a firearm.
They are powered by 2 1.5 V AAA
batteries (not included in the set) that allow for ~350 hours of operation. The
system of an automatic turn off of the protectors after 4 hours without any
interaction from the User guarantees safety from undesirable leaving them on
and discharging the battery. Headphones have three volume levels.
Earpieces and the bow cover
feature soft, delicate covers that provide an exceptionally high comfort of
use. In addition, protectors feature a 3.5 mm Mini Jack port as well as a Mini
Jack - Mini Jack cable, which allows the User to use an MP3 player / phone or,
once connected to a microphone radio with such a port, to communicate.
The product is compliant with CE
/ RoSH / ANSI S3.19-1974 as well as IPX-5 class water
resistance.
