The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Mantis Tactical Backpack
A capacious 3-day backpack from a line of tactical equipment by GFC Tactical. Thanks to adjustable arm straps with foam filling and stabilizing waist and chest belts, comfort of usage is on a very high standard. Elements that make contact with the body, such as handles and rear surface, were lined with characteristic, perforated mesh material that allows for increased comfort. This allows for much faster removal of humidity and better air circulation.
The internal capacity of the backpack (approx. 36 liters) was divided into 5 compartments. The largest, main compartment features two thin pockets for small items and a double zipper that can be undone towards the very bottom, similar to a suitcase fashion, which significantly makes packing and taking out things from the bottom of the backpack easier, without having to take out all of its contents. A double zipper and an internal organizer were also included in the smaller compartment. Two small pockets in the front are also at the user’s disposal. An additional compartment intended for a hydration bladder can also be accessed from the back side of the pack.
The entirety, both in front and on the sides, features MOLLE straps, which allow to expand the carrying space with pouches of choice, compatible with the system. Furthermore, the front has hook and loop fastener belts for personalization. In total 7 compression belts were sewn around the pack that allow to reduce its size and fasten additional equipment to it. Practically all compartment feature rubber lining on the inside, which provides high level of water resistance.
