The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
MB07D Sniper Rifle Replica with Scope and Bipod
The cradle and trigger guard of the replica were made from a durable polymer, however, the barrel, RIS rails, reload handle and safety were made from metal. High muzzle velocity of the replica allows the user to operate widely in a para sniper role. Long outer barrel in conjunction with a regulated Hop-Up chamber provides a BB bullet with increased, effective range, which directly results in increased overall effectiveness of the replica. The replica can also be used as an alternative to airguns for recreational shooting.
The box also contains a solid, metal, regulated bipod (mounted on a 22mm RIS rail) and a 3-9x40 scope with regulated zoom, two-piece RIS mount and a set of covers.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
